Gerard Tucker

I have spent over 40 years working within a local authority environment. Recently retired from Glastonbury Town Council, I commenced responsibility as the clerk to Meare Parish Council from March 2022. Previous to that, I worked for South Somerset District Council for eighteen years and have for the past seven, been the elected member for the Turnhill Ward. Whilst I chose not to stand as a candidate for the new unitary council, I have rejoined Aller Parish Council where I am currently the chair. I have numerous hobbies which include a good walk, canoeing and morris dancing with Taunton Deane Morris.
