I lived in Meare for the first 3 years of my life before we moved to North Somerset as a family & since then I have lived in Gloucestershire, Devon & South Somerset before returning to my home family roots in Meare where I have now lived with my husband for over 4 years.
I play a big part in running our family’s beef & sheep farm which is situated next the St Mary’s Church & couldn’t think of a better place to spend my working hours, outside on the beautiful Somerset Levels.
I have only been part of the Parish Council since October 2021 but feel there is lots of potential for younger members & new residents of the Parish to be involved in the future. Which will enable us to bring fresh, new & welcoming ideas to our community.
